Last day of hiking, but the adventure isn’t over yet: stunning landscapes will continue to accompany us throughout this stage!
Depending on the group’s condition and the day’s weather, it’s possible to take the variant via the Col du Tricot (2,120 m), offering spectacular views of the Bionnassay Glacier. The final descent to Les Houches will be made by gondola. We return to the Prarion around 4:30 PM, marking a beautiful end to this grand tour.

- a fleece
- a windproof and waterproof jacket
- a hiking trouser, ideally convertible into shorts
You carry your belongings on the full tour, during 9 days, some of them being quite steep ascent. It is recommended to bring a minimum 50liters backpack for this adventure. Careful not to bring too much stuff if your bag is too big.Â
We advise you to choose merino whool clothes, to be worn for a few days without smelling as well as equipment having multipurpose use (Aleppo soap used as shampoo too, neckwear used as a hat too…).
The terrain is varied and we recommend you wear high walking boots to protect your ankles.
The accommodations provide blankets and pillows, but you will need a silk sheet, for hygienic reasons. Sleeping bags are not allowed.
